RARE AND INDUSTRIAL GASES

Rare and industrial gases are by-products formed as associated products of oxygen production in air separation plants of industrial companies.

Recycling Solutions is a complex operator for the processing and sale of rare and industrial gases. We are engaged in the sale of specialised gases and gas mixtures, the development and implementation of installation projects; we carry out comprehensive supplies of industrial gases to companies to ensure their smooth operation.

INTEGRATED GAS SUPPLY

We supply industrial gases and related equipment for various industries, including metallurgy, electronics, food and beverages. Our services:

  • Installation projects of gas supply to businesses.
  • Full supply of gas raw materials to businesses.
  • Technical solutions for the optimisation of technological processes using gases.

GAS MIXTURES

The company develops mixtures of industrial gases to suit the individual needs of customers. In particular, we supply high-purity gas mixtures for the production of excimer lasers. Such mixtures are used to create high-precision laser beams in optical lithography and for annealing polysilicon thin films in a controlled atmosphere in the manufacture of semiconductors and flat panel displays. When ordering excimer mixtures, we recommend giving complete information about the laser, the required mixture composition, balloon volume, pressure, and quantity.

NEON

About the product

Neon is a rare gas with no peculiar smell, taste, or colour. It is one of the by-products obtained during the liquefaction and separation of industrial air.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

  • It is a component of the mixture for excimer lasers in the semiconductor industry.
  • In electronics, neon is a component for the production of LCD monitors and televisions.
  • In engineering, this gas is used as a filler for the manufacture of signal lamps, indicators, beacons, photocells, and other luminous elements of equipment. The advantages of neon light are its visibility at great distances with almost no dissipation, nor is it influenced by atmospheric conditions (for example, fog). Therefore, these lamps are used at airfields and on high-rise buildings. They also serve as indicators of electricity, as they do not require an additional charge and are clearly visible at any distance.
  • In the field of scientific research, neon is used either to recognise ionized particles or as a coolant in various experiments.
  • It is a component of deep-sea breathing mixtures or breathing gas mixtures.

KRYPTON

About the product

Krypton is a rare inert and non-toxic gas that does not have a specific taste, smell, or colour. It is obtained as a by-product in the form of krypton-xenon concentrate in the process of air separation in industrial plants.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

Krypton has the following spheres of application:

  • It is a sealing gas for the production of lighting devices: incandescent lamps, electric lamps, and durable automotive lamps.
  • It is a component of the mixture for excimer lasers in the semiconductor industry.
  • It is a sealing gas in the production of windows: by filling the internal space, it increases the level of their heat and sound insulation.
  • In electronics, krypton is a component for the production of LCD monitors and televisions.
  • It is used in research and design activities.

XENON

About the product

Xenon is a rare gas that is obtained in the production of oxygen in industrial plants. It has no specific smell, colour, and taste, is inert to chemicals, is non-toxic, and has a high ionisation potential.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

  • It is a component of the mixture for excimer lasers in the semiconductor industry.
  • Satellites and ion engines that are used for spacewalks (the gas interacts with rocket fuel, oxidizing it).
  • Medicine: xenon is used in radiology, as a component of anaesthetics, to detect leaks in vacuum installations.
  • In electronics, xenon is a component for the production of LCD monitors and plasma panels, semiconductor devices, LEDs, the production of halogen lamps, stroboscopes, amplification of incandescent lamps, and specific lighting operating in the UV range.
  • It is used in research work.

ARGON

About the product

Argon is an industrial non-toxic inert gas, which has no taste, colour, or smell. In industry, argon is produced as a by-product in the large-scale separation of air into oxygen and nitrogen.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

Argon is mostly used in the form of a gaseous substance.

  • It removes gas impurities in metallurgy.
  • It creates a protective environment for welding and cutting.
  • It is used in incandescent bulbs.
  • It is used as a gas filler in the manufacture of glass units to improve sound and heat insulation.
  • It is included in gas fire extinguishers. • It is used for the production of argon lasers and as a component of the gas mixtures used in the creation of lasers.
  • It creates the necessary conditions for growing crystals used in the semiconductor industry.
  • It is used for laboratory chemical syntheses that require an inert environment and other research activities.
  • It is used in power fluids for MHD power generators.

OXYGEN

About the product

Oxygen is an industrial gas. Under normal conditions, it is colourless, odourless, and tasteless The main industrial method of producing oxygen is low-temperature fractional distillation. This gas is a renewable raw material and is widely distributed in the atmosphere.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

Oxygen in the form of gas is used in many areas of science and industry:

  • In industry to increase the efficiency of the combustion process, in plasma and gas cutting.
  • In the field of metallurgy and mechanical engineering, oxygen is used in welding metals.
  • In the chemical industry, oxygen is indispensable, as it is a catalyst for many oxidative reactions (alcohols, acids, aldehydes), and is an important component of chemical syntheses (of ammonia to nitrogen oxide, etc.).
  • Pharmaceutical factories and biotechnology laboratories use oxygen to accelerate the growth of test-prototype cells.
  • For treatment and filtration of wastewater, in the field of water treatment, oxygen eliminates excess evaporation during the purification process, reduces foaming, and is a raw material for the generation of ozone.
  • In the glass industry, it is used directly in production, improving and intensifying the combustion process in furnaces, while minimizing nitrogen oxide emissions into the air.
  • In medicine and medical equipment production (inhalers, oxygen cushions).
  • In liquid form, oxygen is used in the composition of rocket fuel, where it acts as an oxidizing agent.
