OKSANA NESTEROVA

Oksana Nesterova joined the INTECH team in April 2019 as Director of Organizational Development, and since July 2019 she has held the position of HR Director.

Prior to INTECH Oksana more than two years headed the function of training and development in the company JTI Ukraine. She also worked as a head of assessment and development at Metinvest Holding and in other positions in the Metinvest group and for five years gained practical experience in various HR functions. In general, in the field of personnel management, Oksana has 15 years of experience. She is certified as an assessor for such assessment tools as Hogan, MetaBeratung, TEIQ Emotional Intelligence Assessment, Thomas International, Wave Professional Styles, Saville Consulting International, Talent Q.

Oksana received a Master of Psychology at Taras Shevchenko Kiev National University and the specialty of personal and team coaches at Erickson University International.
